About Us

I guess it would be pertinent to tell how Racinda and I met.  First of all, I grew up on the coast of North Carolina.  Racinda grew up on the coast of Maryland so we are both wetlanders. How we eventually met is very interesting to say the least.

I had just moved to Raleigh North Carolina...literally.  I got a call from the church I was attending from the Youth leader asking me to take the Friday night service.  After a couple of minutes of squirming I agreed.  However, when I got there the only people who showed up was Racinda and her mom......who had just moved there themselves.  So we talked for about an hour and a half, had prayer and then left.

When I went home my mind was captivated by this quiet, reserved very sweet person named Racinda.  But just after I had been hurt deeply I had absolutely no interest what-so-ever.....or so I say Wink.  Time went on....and the multitude of well-intentioned (actually very Godly) matchmakers began to do their work.  More than one person "encouraged" me to "pursue" Racinda.  So I gave in Tongue out and did so.  She actually responded quite nicely much to my amazement.

We dated for two and a half years and finally I popped the question.  Catching her in a weak moment she said yes.  We just celebrated our 16th wedding Anniversary May 29th.  It has been a marriage made in heaven literally.  I am the most fortunate man in the world.  These 18 years (Including the dating period) have been so short and so fulfilling.

Now, why this site?  Simply, because we hope to record Racinda someday and so I decided to make a general web site where we could market her CD's along with other interesting material that might be of help to people.  We are now in the process of aquiring the necessary equipment to produce this first recording.

Why a CD?  Because anyone who has ever heard Racinda sing knows that her voice is unique.  Her sweetness and kindness and most of all, her Christianity comes through in her voice and her demeanor.  When I first heard her sing I was mesmerized.  Once, I took her to Nashville and we had her recorded in a little recording booth.  After her song had played outside of the studio at Opryland (which is now a mall) the person who had done the recording came out and got her to record her again.  When she was finished the guy handed her the finished product and said, "Maam...you should go see Reba Mcintrye."  My wife asked..."why".  The guy replied, "because Reba is always looking for talent like you."  My wife replied in short, I am not interested..... much to my chagrin.  The guy then said, "Maam, look around you...look at all the wanna be's.  You are the real thing!"

Later, after years of challenging her to use her God given talent to sing she has submited to her God and has agreed to do so whenever and however God should direct.  Henceforth this web site.  As soon as we get the equipment we will record and we will depend on God for both the recording and the distribution.

So, we need and covet your prayers.  We are going to do this thing!  The learning curve is great but not formidable.  I have always wanted to produce a CD and ever since I have known Racinda I have wanted to have her on a CD.  The two have come together or at least we are on that path.  Money and time and pure determination will tell the story.

So, if you have the time...please pray.  If you have any spare money laying around that you would want to commit to a good cause, I am going to set up a site on PayPal so you can contribute there.  All donations will go to the recording project.

Let us hear from you in any case.  God Bless!
